Is our hero Wobbles moving away from IC's or just trying to style on some nerds with another character?

Wobbles has always had a pocket Mario, he usually busts it out in friendlies or at locals and regionals

Westballz mained Mario for a year or so, mang0 of course, PPMD has a pocket Mario. Seems like a lot of the top top players have good Marios, he's fun.

Mario is the easiest character to learn and play in this game. If you can't play Mario at a high level you probably shouldn't be playing this game on a competitive level.
Say WHAAAAA?!

This isn't true, not in the least.

Mario doesn't have solid reliable approaches, set ups, or KO power/combos (besides hard read F-smashes). Crap range on moves and his grab, a lot of DI dependent stuff.. Mediocre movement in the air and ground.

Sheik by far is the easiest, then JigglyPuff.

Just because Mario's not good doesn't mean you can't pick up and play him. Mario has simple movement and easy to learn combos.
Well you said at a high level and "the easiest"....Wobbles and A Rookie still struggle at a high level with Mario and they are 100x more talented than 99% of people who try and play Mario.

For the amount of time invested in Mario you don't get near the same return as a Sheik or Puff would. Sure at a low-mid level you can do well with Mario, but so can literally every other character and every character above him is easier to pick up and win with at those levels as well as high and pro levels. Fox has brain-dead combos - his dash attack, his throws, his nair, his bair, his dair, his shine, his tilts, his Up smash....all combo very easily. Sheik is the same exact way except a noob can also pick her up, just D-throw tech chase and seem like a good player instantly.

Mario is far FAR FAR from being the easiest to pick up or use at a high level. If you believe that; sorry, that obviously means you haven't played him at a high level. A lot of his stuff isn't safe in neutral, and combos don't end in KOs or extensions like they do with top tiers.

When did I talk about results or high level play? Also you can't pick up Fox just like that. He requires an insane amount of tech skill to be good with him.
Uh yes you can pick up Fox just like that, even playing a lame low tech Fox his moves, DD, and speed are so superior that he's better than any almost any character at any level or practice and play. I'm guess you've never played Fox?

And yes you did say high level of play in your first post, in fact you said "If you can't play Mario at a high level you probably shouldn't be playing this game on a competitive level.". Which makes no sense....
