Will Digby be an Isabelle Echo ?

Don't know Much about animal crossing but since Isabelle is not a villager echo could her brother be her echo instead ???

figured Isabelle fans would know more about it then i would, would that be somthing you guys would want to see ?

All my excitement for Isabelle would go out the window if we got Digby. Digby would be new g o o d b o y e.

I feel that Digby would fit better as an alternate skin/costume than a unique newcomer.
