In other words, do you think Brawl will be delayed?

I'm not trying to stir up a panic attack, or some bickering war, but I just want some friendly, and thoughtful discussion on why you think Brawl will or will not be delayed.

Obviously, a release as soon as possible will be joyous news to everyone, but I personally do feel that another delay is very possible at the moment.

Aside from many rumours about a possible delay, I have many reasons for considering this.
For me, the primary reason why it could be delayed regarding development time is that people are expecting a rather huge cast of playable characters alongside the complex single player modes and various online functions.
While observing the flow of updates on the Dojo, it seemed to me that they had begun to run out of interesting information (characters, stages, etc). We were seeing a lot of stuff about the way minor things such as tournament battles would work.
New character updates have stopped for a long while, and I believe that they are still working at it. Around the time of Sonic's debut trailer, it appeared that they required much more time to work on additional characters as well the rest of the game.
I began to notice was the quality of certain updates. The returning pokemon from melee were untouched, and seeing them bare in screenshots brought back memories of the N64. King Dedede's model looked to be rushed, being rather simplistic in design.
I'm not being pissy about the graphics, but I do feel that this might point to a rush in final development, or an imminent delay.

I honestly am feeling that they just announced the current release dates to continue to give fans some hope of a fairly short wait; as has been done many, many times - LoZ:TP anyone?; but will once again delay the game to develop it to expectations.

Besides, with SMG over and done with a while ago, I don't doubt that Shigeru Miyamoto will be pushing this project til its worthy of stardom.

I honestly think these infamous "Delay rumours" are just paranoid ideas.
I'm pretty sure the game will be on time.

At least for you lucky yanks...

A delay at this point in time would be rediculous. It's due out in 23 days afterall.
