All right the question in this thread is not wat will other characters have as alt. costumes it's
'Will other characters have alt. costumes at all?'
Do you choose to believe Sakurai when he says "Everyone can change colors but Wario alone is special" or will ur overwelming desire to have alt. costumes lead u into hoping that was a mistake on Sakurais part to say (or whoever writes these)

I don't believe anything anyone says about Brawl anymore, since it always ends up different.

I never believe exact words of Dojo because of how many translators and people it goes through before we see it. I wouldn't go by a few words and disregard any thought of it. How long did we believe that there was only 1 FS a game...

I believe it has to be somethign they can't do with color rehashes....example-mario to dr. mario....what im saying is, you wont see a wolf skin for fox. And samus won't get a fusion suit, thats already been taken care of through color rehashes.

I agree, if one character have an alt-costume, someone else, must have it , for example, the pokemon trainer, there's must be a change between boy and girl and luigi (is pretty obvious that he will be a character) as "mr L" from super paper mario

No, it's accurate. The Japanese reads 「ワリオだけは特別でして」 ("Wario dake wa tokubetsu de****e"), which means "Only Wario is special".

Link doesn't have a seperate OoT costume, he has the same one in TP, only it's graphically updated from Melee/OoT.

Zelda already has her OoT costume, see "Colors" update.

Sakurai said the alt costume was for Wario only, so Dr. Mario's not coming.

If other characters had alternate costumes, an update would've been dedicated towards showing a variety of ALT costumes for various characters, not just an update for Wario, the Dojo is very clear, only Wario has an alternate costume, get over it.
