sorry if this is on the wrong board move it if it is.
with the wii does anyone know if a american copy of brawl will work on an aussie wii? caus we don't even have a release date yet and i reckon it will come out march-april in aussie so is it language specific or country specific?

A US game (also known as an NTSC game) will not work on an Australian (Or PAL) Wii.

Believe me, I wish it would.

You would have to internally mod the Wii by installing a modchip. It's currently the only way to bypass region locking. Whether or not it's worth the effort and/or potential consequences is up to you, but we're not going to tell you where to get them.
