Alright Broskis and Siskis...I need to know. Is it worth it getting Wii Fit. I am looking for alternative, cheap ways to keeping myself in shape thats not jogging/running. I heard some decent stuff about this and I have a hack wii so I can get the game np so I really am paying for is the balance board. But for real internet buddies..lead me the real way? Yes or no?

I'd say probably not, if you're looking for real results you're better of using a real gym or yoga class, you always have a way to cheat in Wii Fit, and those cheats add up.

My wife have Wii Fit U and enjoy using it. However, it's not exactly the best way to gauge your fitness and keep in shape. It certainly helps and make it convenient but lacks of variety and professionalism of a YMCA, fitness, gym, or yoga class. It isn't something I would base my exercise routine on.

I might be in the minority here, but I (or more, my girlfriend) bought Wii Fit U a few days ago. I did around an hour of activities, some crunches, sun salutations, press ups, etc. I am STILL in agony. That thing is tough, and considering the sweat rolling off us both post-exercise (and we're both slim and fairly fit), I can only assume there's definitely some benefit there IF it's used consistently.

Personally, considering the pain I'm in, I'm never exercising again.

;)
