Why is "FIGHTER" in all caps?

I thought it was "Mii Fighter" but now I see it is "Mii FIGHTER" here.
Personally I prefer "ＭＩＩ ＦＩＧＨＴＥＲ ！！！！". I request that the title of this board be changed in accord with my personal preference.
