Why is Docs threat so barren?

Mario and Dr Mario have similar kits but they play quite differently, why are there hardly any posts being made in the character sections?

People are slow to warm up to Doc. I think a lot of people are assuming he plays similar to Smash 4 (or is low on the tier list, like Smash 4). It'll be scary (yet fun) once people realize Doc's potential.
