Why doesn't Chrono Trigger has any Stage Representation?

Anybody interested in doing something like the Guardia Forest or Magus's Castle? (I'm just suggesting because I have no hacking experience outside Stages replaces and Song replaces)

Its made by square enix and if you're talking bout mods, i'm working on it.
