Where to start with Fox

I have less than no experience with Fox, but I figure now is as good a time to start as ever. So I have a couple questions....
-Where do I start? Give me a list of important skills/tech things in order of priority.
-What should I try to keep in mind when I first start playing?
-As far as shine is concerned, have any tips to start implementing it into my gameplay?
-Are there any quality guides out there I should check out?

stuff you need to learn depends on what you already know
i'd put movement above everything else, so learn to dashdance/wavedash/land well
then waveshines and spacie combos and stuff
shine every time you land a shffl

I'd start l canceling and wave dashing around. Rack up percentages with his air attacks and smash attacks.

Up throw ---> Up air, Up throw ---> Up air
For real though, get your movement down.
