Where to buy custom/modded controllers

Been on numerous different websites. Many are out of date or closed down due to the owners losing interest or not modding anymore. Also ive heard terrible things about waveshine, and haven't found many other websites that claim to offer the same service. Controller choas is too expensive, and don't offer much on the modding side, and some other independent creators have waiting lists or only do the shell. Any idea of a good website that can mod and or design custom gamecube controllers?
