where cant find the live characters because i change the icons but is still see like the defaults

where is the life icons textures

There are copies of the full set in a couple different files, for some reason. So depending on where you want to see the change, you'll need to replace the textures in one or all of these:
MnSlChr.usd: The Character Select Screen. The stock icons in here are probably only used for some 1-Player mode screens
IfAll.usd: I believe these are the ones used when in a match
GmRst.usd: The results screen
GmTou3p.usd: Probably only used for Tournament Mode
