Melee Where is the biggest melee scene in Canada ?

I'm moving to canada next year and can chose my city. Which one would you say has the biggest melee scene ? (Emphasis on weeklies and majors being played there). Would that be Vancouver for Battle of BC, or Toronto for GOML, or another one ? Thanks a lot !
