Mewtwo is one of those characters who loses almost no MU's (Only Diddy, and that's only -1.4), but is very prone to upsets by the most mundane of characters. Mewtwo has great punish tools, safe kill options, excellent range, the best (subjective) mobility, a top 10 recovery, a great and damaging combo game, and a projectile that can turn the tides in battle, but he also has a very low weight and a big hurtbox, making him easy to kill and combo. Mewtwo's results have also begun to decline, Rich Brown's basically non-existent outside of MSMs and Xanadu's. Wadi is a little better, but he never does too well at top levels, and Abadango has taken a nose dive in results, if he is lucky he can crack top 8, he is usually only 9th or so.

Overall, the fate of Mewtwo hangs in how well our players can push his meta, and push his results. I strongly believe he can reach that point of perfection, however, our players will need to get a lot more knowledge of MU's and what Mewtwo can do in those.
