What's safe out of sheild

Im having trouble coming out of shield and not getting punished I just want to know what I should use :/
also what's safe on shield?

Nair and Fair are good out of shield, and can be safe on shield if you space them/retreat with them. If I'm super in the corner and think I can catch them off guard, I will sometimes do a grounded up B out of shield. Wolf doesn't have the best grab range so I usually go for a different option instead of trying to shield grab. Dash attack crosses up on shield so it can throw people off too.

usmash is also a safer option, especially since the startup can knick people in range and bring them into the final animation.
