I don't think you need the fair to get the target on the far right. A nair will probably be enough. I would check the frame data thread to see if you can save more frames along the path.

Here's me doing it in 9.16. I only did like 10 tries so it's not very optimized. Sub 8 seconds is probably possible with this method.
