remember in melee where someone found out a new thing like wavedashing or some glitch and u could keep it to youself, now expect it to be spread around the internet due to wifi connection, u find something out itll spread and then in a couple months most brawl players know the trick while in melee if u found something out u could probably keep it to yourself and now it easier and more accesible to play against another person in brawl ( that is if u have internet), then brawl will likely become more competitive and people ill get really good by playing people alot plus brawl saves gas money by not having to go to ur friends house just to play someone in melee, online could change brawl in a bad or good way, tell me what u think

Nothing beats a tournament experience. People will still play against others in real life, but rule developments, how to play, advanced techniques and such will spread a lot faster than they did in melee. In melee it wasn't til like 2005 that the play styles stoped drastically changing. Also underused characters will get a lot more recognition. In melee if it wasn't for players like chu, bum, gimpy, etc that played underused characters than characters like iceies bowser and DK would still be thought of as crap.

I think that you should learn to speak English. Also, you need to learn to use punctuation.

To answer your question (at least, I think I'm answering your question, as it was rather difficult to read) I think that online play will certainly make Brawl more competitive because it will facilitate play against human opponents, as opposed to computers.

i think he was talking to sp1v. But online, if it works well without too much lagg, will make this game sooooo much better, with massive replayability constant training potential and extremely skilled players being everywhere.

In regards to the OP, Yes with the advent of the internet people can relay glitch information a lot faster but discovering it will still take time.

And I also agree with DCX, nothing beats the feeling of playing against a real opponent. Besides, Tekken has an online feature and they still have tournament gatherings.

Ya the online play is going to turn out a lot of good players because they'll be getting constant practice from other people whom are as god or better than they are and some whom are worse but they'll get better.
