What is your wii fit controller setup?

Hey I'm thinking about putting some serious time into wtf and I was curious what an optimal controller setup would be. ex: a-stick, c-stick, bidou, etc.

IIRC, before bidou came along the general consensus was to use a-stick, since it gave the ability to use tilts/jab out of crouch and better aerial control. Once bidou was introduced, it was shown that it had some advantages, but also lost certain things from the basic a-stick setup (I don't remember what exactly), and the choice between the two become more a matter of preference.
