WoL What happen to a spirit you dismiss?

I mainly wanna know if the spirit stay in your inventory, more specifically in your Spirit List.

I want to dismiss some to level up stronger one but I am scared that I will lose them in my Spirit List and can't have one day a complete List.

From what I heard, all Spirits do appear on the Spirit Board, so if you do end up dismissing Spirits, you can obtain them all again.
