What are my main tools to use in the neutral?

I have trouble in neutral, I always find myself SHFF dairing and dash attacking. I know dash attack is good, but I don't know all of its applications and combos.

- short hop bair -> utilt
- short hop nair -> jab
- full hop dair -> aerials

those are kinda safe and stuff use those in neutral
