The release of Brawl continues to bring in LOADS of traffic that cause server load to spike, especially during peak hours.
We are doing our best to minimize downtime, but at this point it is inevitable, especially during peak times. My *temporary* advice and *temporary* solution to this problem is to start using the site at non-peak hours. Our peak hours start around 6 or 7 PM EDT and go until around 2 AM EDT. The site seems to work well at off-times, like 8:00 AM EDT.
In the meantime, we are still trying to figure out what exactly needs to be upgraded.
We continue to be optimistic about a fix and hope the problem(s) will be resolved within the next 48 hours. Believe me, we know this sucks because it sucks for us too
