Weird K.O. at 7% maybe a glitch?

I was playing casually against the CPU when this happened.
Haven't been able to re-create it so far. it appears to be that Ralph(Olimar) is charging up a smash attack.
I only made 1% of damage, so just the last hit of Up-B connected.
Don't know if this has happened to someone before or maybe it's jsut a glitch.
What do you guys think?
