Was the all star file corruption fixed?

As far as I am aware the only thing Nintendo has said about it is that they have been unsuccessful in replicating the glitch using their own software.
I believe digital copies are at risk, and it's possibly related to 3rd party equipment like SD cards not manufactured by Nintendo.
But to answer your question no I haven't heard word on it being fixed.
