Wall Jump question

Heya guys, the other day I was practicing Wall Jump from ledge to falcon punch and somehow or another it made me do a regular B reverse and punch towards the stage rather than towards the blast zone and I was able to recover with a front facing up b.

Is this a normal thing or what? I've only ever seen a b reverse falcon punch in pm.

I haven't played smash 64 in forever, but you can b-reverse in melee, brawl, project M, and in Sm4sh as you just found out.

Since you can reverse a falcon punch, doing a b-reversal and then reversing it again is a pretty fun mind game. So if you need to reverse it back, you can.
