If it dose happen,then here is how it would work.With Mario,to use FLUDD you press the down button on your controler so it would probely be the same for Luigi and the vacuam.

Luigi is already a "Luigified" Mario... I'd like some more differeniation.

Wouldn't giving the Vacuum to Luigi be copying the concept of giving FLUDD to Mario? to remind, *concept*. Considering he is basically Mario's clone both in and out of Smash, so it works out.

Its probably his Down+Special just like FLOOD for Mario.

Sence Mario's Mario Tornado was replace by FLUDD(Even though MT can still be use in a different way) why not replace Luigi's Luigi Cyclone with the vacuum that sucks the character torwards Luigi rather than pushing away the character like Mario does with FLUDD.
