But is there a meetup that we can arrange during the 26th, 28th, or 29th? Doesn't need to be a tournament necessarily, but something on any of those dates would be great

i doubt anyone here even will leave their wii/ps3/360 for a few days after xmas

): our pc is getting old guys... it always runs out of battery just a few hours into the tourney, i remember when it could hold a charge all day long and still be running at 60fps but now it lags and often doesnt even start... its time to upgrade and find a new asian.

I also like how people are just now realizing that the 16th is a Friday.

With all due respect, I'm not expecting too much from the tournament. Last time in going to a PnT tournament sucked. Yes, ran, but just not, well, good.

I won't be there. Have work. That, and I probably have a funeral to attend to for a friend's father that I need to get work off for.

Even then, Friday is still a horrible day. That's not even a day that high school students would be out (from my high school days, at least, not sure if they've changed winter vacation schedules). By placing it on a Friday, they're already asking for a low turnout.

Nonetheless, that's also be a day I wouldn't attend even if I had the day off. Flying out to Illinois to get married

Just FYI, I didnt choose the day to be the 16th, that was Newmont. We had a connection with them and I called to set up the day, they were only good on the 16th unless we wanted to wait ALL THE WAY until around March, so I agreed with the 16th. I actually originally thought we agreed on the 17th, but when I got all the details from them, they had a big even on the 16th so they just merged it. Nothing I could really do there.

Also, Im going to try and get that place at my grandma's again cuz its really nice. I was planning on doing more stuff there earlier, but if you havent heard, she was diagnosed with cancer a couple months ago, so I didnt want to bother her with having to set everything up for a while.

We SHOULD have at least 2 tournaments in January, so what are the preferred weekends for you guys so I can set stuff up when most will be available?
