Wario is broken in BBrawl. No one can grap release him any more, that's the only thing holding him back and it's gone. All they did was take off 2% from his uair and fsmash. He now has no bad match ups. BBrawl is a lie.

Wario shouldn't be getting grabbed in the first place.... Wario being the third best in the game is evidence enough to prove that all that really gay grab release stuff has basically no effect on him. Wario probably is the best at avoiding being grabbed in the game.

That being said, getting rid of grab releases may be a buff for noob warios, but at top level play it makes no difference.

I played BBrawl, I didnt really like it >_>. Captain is still pretty darn bad. The only way they'll make him good, is if they add hitstun but thats out of the question.
Wario is broken haha I played someone online that played wario and I couldnt do shi. He just took his ah clap and broken as hell f smash and ***** me :/
I still like brawl plus better Because they made every character like broken so I guess its more balanced But thats just me *shrugs* Speaking of which if you want to play B+ online then just message me or something. Or you can wait for the ladder they are making for B+ http://brawlplus.net

I am not sure how many of you heard about this....

The original smash team along with the Ninja gaiden team are coming together to make a non nintendo smash game using TNMT. it usings simular physics same attack inputs (tilts smashes etc,) but uses health meaters for the stocks instead of %.


Someone should check it out.

Any patch not officially released by Nintendo isn't going to get anywhere. From their point of view, there wouldn't be any value to patching it, though.

This. Also, 2% damage reduction means a surprising amount of knockback reduction too. This is intentional.

That said, Wario is still on my watch list. We need feedback to see how much he is impacted by the low tier buffs.

Brawl is perfectly fine with how it is. Grab release should have stayed in the game because since Wario "doesn't get grabbed" then there should be a reward for when you do grab him.

Brawl is fine how it is mofo's.

Even if I was there though, I would much rather enjoy playing regular brawl to improve at the game that is/always will be the standard in competitive brawl.
