Someone go ask the freaking Orem PnT if we can have a tourney there next Saturday. Or has someone already asked? I don't know, so...

Edit: Saturday is the 4th of July, Ano... The Saturday after that there is a chance that some of us will be at Genesis.. The third Saturday is when Sage is planning his.. So I'm going to see if they can do it on the 25th. It can be Joke's farewell tourney, and Minato should be back by then too.

You can actually turn your papers in 3 months before you turn 19 if you want.

Oh, you can turn them in anytime up until you're like 25 or something like that. It's just 19 is the normal age.

I've only started playing today, but yeah, using Rachel and Taokaka.
My connection might be bad since my online experience isn't that smooth...

Balanced Brawl isn't very impressive to me. Trust me when I say that Link needs a lot more than a couple CGs lost and better knockback, especially on his arrows. Because his arrows being able to gimp people is NOT gamechanging, at all. And what idiot has time to charge his arrows all the way?
Its just another B+, and is about as worthy to look at. Meaning, hardcore "Brawl should be changed" players will love it as much as B+, and those who weren't bothered with changing Barlw will... still not be bothered with changing Barlw.

It looks interesting. I didn't see if they changed some of the other silly exploits like kirby's up throw on shadow moses. If it still has air dodge out of stun, though, a lot of the fans of combos and higher difficulty will not be supporters. The new codes look great though. Eventually some codeset will be established at a major tournament and will be followed alongside brawl and melee just as much.

Brawl's fine the way it is since we already have Brawl+. No need to make all these different versions.
This new Balanced Brawl isn't catering to a huge audience, so I don't see this going anywhere.
I think it's a waste of time, but if they really want to do it... I guess it's okay then.

No. If you clicked the link Kenny put up, it's just another fan made hack really. It's just Brawl without infinites/CG with a little buffs and nerfs here and there. Nothing too special.

I like it because all the characters I play don't get too much changed/get changed for the better!

Seriously though, I think all fighting games should be balanced through patches...or in this case, a good freaking hack.

........Somebody buy the Conduit and play me online. It's fun!!

EDIT: Oh yeah, reading the whole thing, I think the whole hack is for the better. I wouldn't hack my Wii for Brawl+, but I would hack it for this balance. Everything looked like good ideas. I think we'd have to test it out multiple times to see if we could exploit anything, then keep hacking it until we find the right balance, but they have good ideas already set up for it.

I may have to try it out...

Because IC only have the CG if they are together. It's why they aren't high on the tier list, and why they don't need it removed.

I still think a balanced Brawl would be awesome. I think Bowser's dair buff was an awesome inclusion, and Ike's side b having no free fall afterwards is a good buff.
