up b kill question

so ive noticed that sometimes on yoshi's that sometimes i will kill peach super early like she'll die with 40% off the top. I was just wondering if there is a optimal hitbox on it that has more knockback

you mean up air? it's only one hitbox throughout the move, so the properties are the same no matter where or when you hit with it.
