UK users - Virgin Media netplay problems

This is a problem I just discovered when trying to play on Anthers with a fellow UK player. We both have the ISP Virgin Media routers and discovered we can only host games, not join them. So when we tried to join each other's hosted games, we were out of luck. Is there a way around this problem, since it's ISP specific?

I'm having the same problem. I used to be able to connect okay with the old version of dolphin but I'm guessing it handled netplay differently? Any tech wizards have any idea what the issue might be?

You can connect/host by using Direct instead of Traversal when you host/connect to games. That's how I connected to a Virgin earlier.
