Trying to Install Project M on Wii That Can't Read Discs

I want to install Project M but my Wii stopped reading discs. If I want to play games, I have to play them on the homebrew channel with my games on a usb key. The thing is, I can only play Game Cube games because Wii games are all larger than 4 GB and those can't be placed in a usb key in FAT 32. I have the project m nohomebrew setup, 2 GB SD (not HC) card, the homebrew setup, a Brawl iso, usbloaderGX, a 16 GB usb key, and of course a copy of the game (useless because the Wii can't read disks, but still legal).

What is the easiest way for me to play Project M? I'm a computer noob.

Thanks in advance!
