True Sacred Combo

I'm just curious, at what percent and circumstances does the true sacred combo (knee to falcon punch) work?

As for percent, i'm not 100% sure, because I don't think it relies on this. The sacred combo is only available if the opponent DI's in juuuuuust the right way.

For reference, when Westballz did the sacred combo on Zeldafreak, he was at 79% after the knee, so I think it would work around that mid (40%-80%) percent.

I thought sacred combo was usually something that gets jumped into and isn't usually a real combo. Am I wrong?

pretty sure its never a "true combo" i'm pretty sure the opponent has to go into it. but I could be wrong and if I am that would be dope.
