Lol Alex, I believe that's the message that's going to be behind the actual game case.. which means it's 100%. Trust me she's in.
Also Ness still has a chance of returning [I'm saying this and I hate him lol]. Just because Lukas has similar moves, doesn't mean he's out. Ness is, after all, one of the twelve apostles of Super smash and you don;t replace an apostle -.O

I think Bowser Jr. should just be in "good chance".
First, will you please fix the spelling of these characters:
- Sheik (e and i are mixed up)
- Pokémon Trainer (learn to type ALT+130)
- Ganondorf (Ganon might be his Final Smash, but you play as his human form)
- Mega Man (two words)
- Isaac (one s and two a's)
- Vaati (two a's)
- NiGHTS (all caps except the i)
- Gengar (e, not a)
- Stafy (no r)
- Proto Man (again, two words)
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grammar freak, hehe. ^_^;
Second, my opinion:
- Where's Animal Crossing Human?! He/she goes WAY before Gulliver or Axl. (Seriously, Gulliver and Axl?! C'mon.)
- Get rid of all the random Pokémon. Gengar, Gallade, Blaziken, and Dragonite?! Assuming Jigglypuff and Mewtwo are returning (no more Pichu!), Pokémon has four reps. It probably won't get more than five, and Lucario deserves that spot more than any other Pokémon.
- No more than one third party character from the same company. That means no Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Proto Man, ect. There will be limited third party characters, and only the main character from the series will have room. Others could be Assist Trophies, though. (e.g. Grey Fox)
- Get rid of the 0% chance WTF characters and put 10 chracters that may have at least a slight chance.
Okay, with that done, there's one more thing I should point out. As far as returning characters go...
- Jigglypuff. Her chances are uncertain. Many people believed that all of the origional 12 would return, but then Ness was scrapped. This leaves Jigglypuff more vulnerable, as well as not being very popular anymore. I think she deserves to stay, but you never know.
- Captain Falcon. Why would they remove the main character from a series which we already know will be returning? They won't. He's 100% still in.
- Luigi. Do I have to say anything about this one? Let's just hope he's a starter this time around.
- Falco. I see no reason to remove him. Just declone him, it's that simple. He's too popular to be removed, and I'm sure he won't be.
- Ganondorf. Let's see.. There's Link...Zelda...and...uh...oh yeah! The wielder of the Triforce of Power! The Dark Lord! Ganondorf! Ripping out a piece of the Triforce is something they wouldn't do. A decloned Twilight Princess Ganondorf with his mighty sword would be awesome!
- Sheik. She, along with Ganondorf, have both been semi-confirmed. I say fully confirmed. No Sheik in Twilight Princess doesn't mean they won't use a new model they created, which has been confirmed. Why make a model and not use it? Welcome back, Zelda's down special!
- Mr. Game & Watch. A very unique character, and the Icon Theory pretty much confirms his return.
- Marth. The first and most noticable Fire Emblem character. He deserves his spot and will most likely get it.
- Roy. Let's just hope there won't be characters added just for advertisement this time. Bye-bye Roy.
- Dr. Mario. Okay, I won't even bother on this one. His music is catchy, though.
- Young Link. Unless cel-shaded Link becomes the new Young Link, I'm counting him out.
- Mewtwo. Not much talk about him. I can't think of a reason to remove him. Maybe he'll have a better moveset that doesn't suck, though.
That's that. Oh, wait, there's more!
- Krystal has been semi-confirmed. I'm not sure where the source is, but it sounds reasonable. Her chances were high, anyway.
- "Animal Crosser" has confirmed written all over it. We know Nook or Resetti cannot be the Animal Crossing rep, and an Animal Crossing human deserves the spot over them or any other AC character, anyway.
- PictoChat...Nintendo DS... ... ...A possible rep? I have no idea who. Maybe Dr. Kawashima will get some action.
And lastly...
- Ness, we'll all miss you. (Maybe this means we'll get Claus!)
- Pichu... Well, it was nice beating you up.
- Unfortunately, Diddy Kong's crossdressing hobby counts Dixie out.
- I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I heard that Wolf is an alternate for Fox. Either way, though, it would be hard to make Wolf not be a Fox clone. Besides, Krystal deserves the spot more.

I do really appreciate the constructive criticism, but as with the AC Human, I can see a lot of reasons why he/she wouldn't be in, such as the same with the Mii's, a lot of them appear in smashville, and it is a fighting game the only moves I could see are swinging a ax, hitting someone with a shovel, using the fishing rod to grab someone, using the slingshot, I just think it would better represent the series not based on any Human in general, but as a less important character that could a least make a bit of sense for a fighting game, such as maby Gulliver, who is a sailor, and always likes to brag about fights he had, unless there is someone else obsessed with fighting in there, I say hes got a shot.
Ps - The Random pokemon are there to repersent that other pokemon can get in, I mean come on, at least 10 percent of the roster is gonna be pokemon so in my mind I need about 10
- Most the WTF Characters are pretty much there to be replaced
- I don't understand why you went though all the returning chars
- Im ok with the spell check, its usefull, but having to use Caps for nights,? I mean in Pokemon Pikachu was PIKACHU, but I don;t have to spell him that way.
There are many humans in the world. There are also many humans in Animal Crossing. When you play Animal Crossing, YOU are that human. YOU play as THEM. They are the ONLY playable characters. It wouldn't make sense to put NPCs above the real main character. And about his moves, well, you made it pretty clear: "the only moves I could see are swinging a ax, hitting someone with a shovel, using the fishing rod to grab someone, using the slingshot"... And that isn't enough already? Why not throw in a bug catching net and throwing fruit, and even summoning a bee hive to attack everyone for a Final Smash? I once had a great moveset for him but it disappeared with NSider...
I have more to say but I'm tired and have to go to bed right now.

Okay you just crossed the line with that comment, I mean ****, Waluigi, Deku Link appeared as one of the original suggested characters around when a new SSB game was first mentioned, and yet he didn't appear on the poll, meaning one of two things, he was ditched (and come on there were a ton of way off chars on that list), or he was one already planed, now I know your all gonna say that's BS, but putting the Deku/Goron/Zora Link in hasn't gotten much support mainly because people see him as just another link that wasn't important, but really a character like this would represent the whole Deku, Goron, And Zora Tribes that have played a huge role through out the Zelda series, but no Waluigi could replace him, hes way more original

I doubt Sakurai would name him "Animal Crossing Human". He didn't name Smashville "Animal Crossing Town". He created his own name for his own town because that's what you do in Animal Crossing. Not only do you get to name your, you also get to name yourself! And no doubt Sakurai give the AC human a name. Maybe something like "Smasher". Goes well with Smashville, lol. It just makes more sense for the only playable character in the whole series to be the playable character in Brawl. The only characters in Smash Bros. that were never playable before are Zelda (excluding the terrible CD-i games), Sheik, and Ganondorf. But Link got in before them because he was the main hero and the only playable character. Putting an NPC over the main character isn't going to happen.

But I don't understand. What would be the Ac's b^ that attacks and saves himself. How would he be unique to everyone else besides the fact that he attacks with 6 different tools.. What would his final smash be..

First of all, I'm not advocating Waluigi here. He's a terrible suggestion. But so is Deku Link. Seriously, how many **** incarnations of Link do you want in the game? At least the confirmed Link and the Link from Wind Waker are different people. But asking for Deku Link just seems like asking for Fusion Suit or Gravity Suit Samus as a seperate character. There is just no chance for him.

I'm not trying to convert you or anything. Go ahead and don't listen to what I say, I care not. I'm just telling you I think Deku Link has an incredibly small chance of being in Brawl. There are just much better representatives from The Legend of Zelda. Say you have Link, Zelda/Sheik, Ganondorf and Young (WW) Link. I'd rather have someone like Vaati, Midna or Skull Kid instead of yet another Link.

I can't help but agree on this one.. Crono is way more important than a generic Black Mage... even a Chocobo is 1000000 times more significant than a job CLASS...
But I'm tired of Square-Enix arguments... so I'll pass this time.

Depends on the votes. In the current list there are characters that don't have a chance in hell even if there were ten Smash Bros. sequels to come, like James Bond, Chain Chomp and so forth. But if you look at the number of votes received, that gives you a better idea of the character's likelihood. Ridley I believe has 4 votes, making him very likely. But Deku Link...I just don't see it.

See as stupid as this may sound, the only support I have besides opinon, is that he wasn't on the poll, and he was mention a long while back before they even annouced snake and that bunch, which could mean like for Balloon Fighter, Wolf, Krystal, Minda (I could really go on) that there already planed for Brawl,
The only thing I see agaist him is that hes another link, but I think hes completly difernt, but in all honesty I know hes not to likely

Oh, yes, I see what you mean. Well that could be anyone then. I don't think it always means he already planned him out. He could have scrapped him, as you said. Or he could have just not considered him in the first place.
