Also you can lightly throw bombs in any direction that isn't forward. Upwards is fun, backward is a good hard read (if you read them phantasming), downwards can probably hit them if you're close enough.

Also I suck against Falco, just pick Metaknight.

Arrows (clean)
Boomerangs (clean)

FSmash 2 (idk about FSmash 1)

PJ says that Zair works, but I can't replicate it. Haven't tried Jab, FTilt or Bair yet.



Our bombs can hit through these platforms when Falco is under them:
:battlefieldb: - Just the lower ones.
:yoshisb: - Only when the platform is lowered.
:castlesiege: - On all platforms minus the right awning in the 2nd transformation.
:halberd: - When platform is airborne, you have to hit right above him. When parked, you have room for error.
:lylat: - Need to hit right above him on middle platform, but there's room for error on the (shorter) side platforms.
:ps1: - All platforms except for: Right platform in Windmill transformation, when Falco is on the bottom left platform in Rock transformation, the middle platforms in Water transformation, Platform on tree in Fire transformation.
:frigate: - All platforms but has to be right under him.
:delfino: - Too many platforms to name but if you think the platform is low enough then it will almost certainly hit. It won't hit under the obvious ones.
:brinstar: - Only the right platform, but only when not broken.
:smashville: - CAN'T DO IT HERE!!



Random Factoids
We can SH -> Rising Zair and it will always hit. When Zair -> Nair takes too much running, go for this.

We can chain 2-3 low% UTilts depending on % and SDI.

When DSmash gimping Falco, simply doing a turnaround grounded arrow is enough, assuming you time it well.

This doesn't combo, but if you want to try DThrow -> Turnaround DSmash for the gimp, you have to wait a split second before DSmashing, otherwise, DSmash 1 will send Falco upwards with low knockback, not backwards into DSmash 2.




How to camp:
If you're gonna horizontally camp, stay within mid-range. We lose at long/close range. Alternatively, you can camp vertically (smart iBombs and stuff).

Things to do
Shield when Falco wants to kill. You can watch him squirm.
Avoid getting grabbed at low percents because of chain grab.
Learn Falco's phantasm habits.
Predict Falco's phantasm when edgeguarding and use Uair to hit him off of it (when on the ledge).

-Falco's Reflector reflects projectiles throughout the entire duration of the attack (51 frames), yet only attacks for 10 frames (4-13).
-His fastest attack is a Frame 2 Jab, 3x faster compared to our fastest move, a Frame 6 Jab.

Using Armor Pieces
-Throwing upward throws the Armor piece extremely high, where as throwing downward sends the armor piece upward only about medium height. Throwing downwards in the air however only sends the armor piece bouncing at SH height.
-This is interesting because you can SH -> DThrow the Armor Piece -> Aerial (catch armor piece)
-Throwing an armor piece at an object will only make it bounce around SH height, maybe lower. This is how you style on ZSS.

Random Factoids
-Paralyzer gun will ALWAYS be blocked with Hero's Shield when on flat ground.

Falcos reflector sucks. Go check the MU thread we discussed falco a few pages ago.
And if your infront of him and he throws his reflector and it wiffs just dash in, footstool and toss the bomb down and combo...
