Sort of a minor detail, but assuming that "Fox's Misfortune" is the latest part in the Subspace Emissary that we currently know of, then there is still a missing level in between, maybe more.
By watching the videos from E for All, you can see that when a character is first shown during the Subspace Emissary, a text box with their name (similar to the one from the E3 '06 trailer) appears on-screen for a moment. As seen in the "Donkey Kong Makes His Stand" video, these boxes have been edited out for the preview versions of the videos on the Dojo.
However, the video "Fox's Misfortune" does not have one of these text boxes for Fox, nor does it have a part where the video pauses where the text box would be. The un-named video where Kirby and the rescued princess storm the Halberd does not have a text box for Fox either.
Some people, such as those at Brawlcentral.com, have assumed that the levels that we know of from the Dojo and from E for All, all happen together in some order. However, the lack of a text box in Fox's Misfortune and the storming the Halberd video show that Fox must be revealed some other time. Thus, it's impossible to make a timeline for the events of the Subspace Emissary at this point in time.
