Uair: Samson’s Chains appear on Isaac’s ankle and he kicks upwards to attack with them.
Dair: Uses a Lead Pencil to poke enemies and spike them.
B: Holds his hand up and pulls up something similar to Shulk’s new Monado Arts. It gives him 6 item options, and he can choose one by moving the analog stick over to the item and letting go of B. The item then appears in his hands for a second while he smiles, then gives him its effects. Pressing B will remove the item (with the exception being the Yum Heart). For Kirby’s copy ability, he will instead shoot out tears.. The items are:
Chocolate Milk: Replaces tears with a strong chocolate milk attack that is slower than tears.
Anarchist Cookbook: Replaces next bomb with a powerful troll bomb instead. 20 second cooldown after using.
Telepathy for Dummies: Tears are weaker but home in on opponents. 10 second cooldown after using.
The Nail: Replaces The Bible with a nail that turns Isaac into a demon instead of an angel, poisons enemies that get in the way, and goes slightly less distance than The Bible. 10 second cooldown after using.
Yum Heart: Heals 8%. 20 second cooldown after using.
Glass Cannon: Adds 50% to your current percentage. Replaces tears with large spectral tears that deal lots of damage. 30% healed after use. 30 second cooldown after using.
Side B: Drops down a bomb that will detonate after a while. It can be pushed by moving into it or shooting tears at it.
Up B: Pulls out The Bible, gains wings, and flies upwards before losing the wings and going into special fall.
Down B: Pulls out his D6, and counters an attack. It has a chance of dealing double the damage to an opponent, half of the damage, or healing Isaac instead, dealing only knockback to the opponent.
Final Smash: Isaac slams down the End Chest. If anyone is hit while he slams it down, they enter a cutscene where Isaac opens it, his mother’s arm appears out of it while yelling “Isaac!”, and pulls the enemy down into the chest. Rarely, It Lives will instead drop down from the ceiling before Isaac opens it and fire multiple red projectiles at the enemy.
