The only Smash I don't have is Melee, I looked in my local store that sells old games (they didn't have it), eBay doesn't ship to where I live most of the time, and if they do it's really expensive.

I got the Interactive Multi-Game Demo from January 2002 that has Melee as a demo, I had 3 of these disks, one copy was lost, another my friend "borrowed", and the other one I have but it is so scratched up that I can play the 2 other demos but Melee won't work because of where it is scratched.

Why can't Nintendo put this on Wii U VC :(

its really easy to find somehwere to fix disc scratches. Machines to buff scratches. Record stores and games stores usually have them.

I'd suggest just really sitting down and scanning Amazon and eBay for a copy that'll ship to you. If you're against modding, patience may just be your only option. Sorry :V

Yeah, they're on eBay and Amazon, of course. I was having trouble finding copies in my local gamestores that weren't EXTREMELY overpriced (two of them selling copies for 75 Dollars). I decided to check online like two years ago and got a copy for $25. But I see that copies are getting more and more expensive online now. I've seen them go for about $35-$49.99, which is getting to be the price of a brand new game. So, unless you're willing to pay that much, just keep looking for a cheaper copy everywhere or do what others here are saying, mod or burn it.

I don't get why everyone is so shocked that a game which is over 10 years out of print and almost literally the only game still consistantly sought after on its platform demands a higher price than other gamecube games. Supply <<<< demand here.
