Dr. Paula Hutchison is a recurring character in Rocko's Modern Life, Filbert's wife and a professional dentist (among other jobs), she possesses a great optimism and a sharp hook for a hand. In NASB she would use her hook to fight as well as a variety of dentist equipment like a toothbrush, syringe, and nippers

I like Rocko quite a bit, but she seems like more of the combative type, given she already has a hook hand and a lot of freaky dentist tools. Would be fine with either or both, though.
