Project Thinking of making a balance mod

I just got the thought of this now. I am aware of the fact that there are already many balance mods, but i still would find it fun. Not sure what i would put my philosophy of balance on, although i would try to keep characters game play or type as close as possible to the original. Right now i'm thinking of making characters not broken or bad options, but having good options that rely mostly on skill or are situational. Right now i would just like to know how many people would be interested.

Like you said, there are already many balance mods, so I wouldn't expect a lot of people to see this and agree on it. Just go ahead.
