KraidGuy
Smash Ace
I was just thinking, the Metroid series has so many unique characters, colorful stages, and unique items, Sakurai could make a freaking Super Metroid Bros.! With all of these different factors, this could be a huge game (well, IMO). All Metroid lovers and players gather round!
CHARACTERS
Of course, every fighting game has to have playable characters! I will list all possible characters below.
THE HEROES
SAMUS
Everyone already knew about this. Samus, the main character of the Metroid series, HAS to be in the game, no matter what. Fused with Chozo blood, she is amongg the greatest bounty hunters in the universe. She blew up Zebes, obliterated the Metroid race, prevented the phazon corruption of FIVE planets, and saved the universe. She was orphaned by the Space Pirates on her homeworld, who killed her parents in front of her. She has been seeking revenge on them ever since. I think she deserves to be in.
ZERO SUIT SAMUS
Also known as Zamus, she is an alternate form of Samus and has only been in one game, Metroid Zero Mission. She escaped the Space Pirate ship she was captured on and blew up Zebes in this alternate story. If she made it in Brawl, she can make it in this game.
RUNDAS
One of the hunters included in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. He would be an excellent choice, considering he can create ice, travel on it, and has great physical attacks. He was born on Phrygis, and is allowed to use his ice generating powers to hunt, unlike many others. He is very proud of himself, thinking no one is better than him. WARNING SPOILER: Don't say he's a bad guy, he was good once.
GHOR
(Sorry, couldn't find one of him in his robot thing) Another character included in Metroid Prime 3, Ghor is a mechanical being who was heavily damaged in war, and was healed so that now only 6% of his original body remains. He is intelligent, and is kind, since he uses the bounty he earns for a living to help other people. But his mechanical vehicle causes him to have violent moodswings and seem very threatening. He is big, but not in this pic, and would be a very strong character. Same spoiler as above.
GANDRAYDA
The last of the three other hunters in Metroid Prime 3, Gandrayda holds the ability to shapeshift into anything she desires and was born on an unknnown planet, but has the ame traits a the race on Jovia XII. She is very light and agile and is an absolute must.
CHOZO
The Chozo are a peaceful race and are the ones who found Samus Aran and adopted her while searching the remains of her homeworld. They are very smart and crave knowledge more than anything. They were elliminated by the meteor struck on Tallon 4, but that doesn't mean they can't be PCs!
LUMINOTH
The Lumintoth, like the Chozo, were also a peaceful race. Their homeworld was Aether, and were thriving, but then a meteor struck and created an alternate world to theirs. It was soon inhabited by the Ing, a frighteningly powerful race that quickly, but not completely, wiped out the Luminoth species. Only few remained. They are light and agile and are somewhat powerful.
GF TROOPER
These huans make up the Galactic Federation that keep justice in the galaxy. They stop the Space Pirate plans and aid Samus Aran in her quest to destroy them. Not very popular, but we need them.
THE VILLAINS
Every good game has to have villains, right? Let me list them below.
RIDLEY
YES!!!! The best villain of all time, Ridley is an absolute MUST. He played an important role in the Metroid Prime trilogy, and has appeared in almost every other Metroid game also. With his trusty plasma breath, tail whip, claws, and flying abilities, I would have to main him.
SPACE PIRATES
The merciless warriors that make up the very foundations of the Mother Brain's army, Space Pirates are savage killers that will do anything to wipe the hated Samus Aran off the face of the universe. They are very agile and are medium weight.
DARK SAMUS
The being that was created by Samus herself, he is a being made completely of Phazon. When Samus entered Aether's atmosphere, this dreaded thing was created and is bent on taking over the universe with Phazon. He has played an important role in the last of the two Metroid Prime games. As you would guess, his moves are completely Phazon-based.
ING
The evil things that almost killed every Luminoth. They are vicious creatures that were born on Aether when the meteor struck and created the alternate world Dark Aether. They come in many different shapes and forms. Um, that's really all there is to know.
GOREA
The not-so-well known boss of Metroid Prime Hunters. It held the ultimate power that called all of the different hunters across the universe to retrieve it. WARNING SPOILER: But sadly, they were all killed except Samus, who got rid of the horrible beast.
THE IN-BETWEENS
These guys I don't know what class they really go in. Actually, they're all from Metroid Prime Hunters. Here they are.
TRACE
The most popular of all the characters in Metroid Prime Hunters, Trace is a great choice. He was born of the Kriken Empire and was sent out to find the ultimate power to become a hero to his planet. With his signature move, the sniper-like Imperialist, he can take on anyone. His alternate form is the Triskelliton.
KANDEN
Kanden is a bug-like thing and was created in a laboratory to become the ultimate fighting machine. But things went awry, and instead of obeying his creators, he blew them up along with their lab! How nice. He tries to take over the universe, and his first step is by finding the ultimate power. His signature move is the Volt Driver, which homes in on people when charged and distorts their vision. His alternat form is the Stinglarva.
SYLUX
Sylux has hated the Galactic Federation and Samus Aran for a long time, but it is unknown why. He was born on Cylosis and is unknown to what his race is. His plan is to retrieve the ultimate power to destroy the GF and Samus. His signature move is the Shock Coil, which deals more and more damage over time. It also heals him while he attacks. His alternate form is the Lockjaw.
NOXUS
Noxus was born on Vho and is of the Vhozon race. He seems to have no desire to use the ultimate power for his own needs, rather, but to protect it from others who would use it in the wrong way. His signature move is the Judicator, which can freeze people when charged and up close. It also ricochets off of other obstacles. His alternate form is the Vhocythe.
SPIRE
Spire is of the Diamont race and does not know where he was born. He is the last of his kind and searches the universe to find someone of the same race. He hopes to find his race by retrieving the ultimate power. His signature move is the Magmaul, which can light people on fire while charged. His alternate form is the Dialanche.
WEAVEL
Weavel is the least used of the hunters. He is of Space Pirate origin, and lost almost all of his body in battle with Samus Aran, leaving only his brain and spinal cord behind. He is now almost completely robotic. He plans to help the Space Pirates' plans by finding the ultimate power. His signature move is the Battlehammer, which has slow fire and explodes on impact. His alternate form is the Halfturret.
As you can see, there are many characters that can be in this game. Let's move on to the stages.
STAGES
If it's a smash game, there have to be stages! Metroid has many different stgaes, but Sakusri was too stupid to put them in Brawl, so let's list them here.
BRINSTAR
http://membres.lycos.fr/yohimallow/general/smashbrosmelee/stages/brinstar.jpg[img]
Brinstar. Yes, I don't really have to explain this stage. It was featured in Metroid and Super Metroid and housed the Space Pirates. W/E.
BRINSTAR DEPTHS
[img]http://membres.lycos.fr/yohimallow/general/smashbrosmelee/stages/depths.jpg
Don't really have to explain this one either. It's Kraid's lair, really. Featured in Metroid and Super Metroid. W/E
NORFAIR
Norfair is the home of Ridley, filled with lava, yada yada yada. Look on the DOJO for more information.
PHENDRANA DRIFTS
The snow covered area of Metroid Prime. It's very cold, duh, and houses the Space Pirate labs and Thardus, I giant stone beast.
MAGMOOR
Sorry for the pic. This is like Norfair, only not as lavaey. It contains Space Pirate mining stations and many creatures.
MINING SITE
No good pics sorry
This is the place in Metroid Prime where the Space Pirates mine all of their Phazon. It is filled with Space Pirates and Phazon.
IMPACT CRATER
Best pic I could find. This is the area where the meteor hit and corrupted Tallon IV in Metroid Prime. There are many hazards here, such as red Phazon and Metroids. Metroid Prime is fought here.
DARK AETHER
This is the dark side of Aether in Metroid Prime 2. It is hazardous, containing dark matter that hurts you while you are outside of the light crystal's range.
SKYTOWN
This is a city hovering high above the planet Elysia in Metroid Prime 3. No hazards here. Just fighting and mechanical bots walking around.
NORION
Sorry, no good pics.
Norion is the base of the Galactic Federation in Metroid Prime 3. There are no hazards here, but there is a war going on in the background. With an occasional Leviathan too.
PHAAZE
This is the planet that creates all Phazon and Leviathans. It is made completely of Phazon. There are hazards everywhere here, which is Phazon. This is a changing stage, where you eventually get to it's core.
MARIDIA
This place on Zebes is completely underwater. No hazards, but you will travel though the caverns.
TOURIAN
This is a place that contains Mother Brain on Zebes. There are little damaging specks that fly around and damage you when they hit. And Mother Brain is jiggling around in the background as well.
SPACE PIRATE FRIGATE
This is in the beginning of Metroid Prime. It was attacked by the GF, and is really just ruins. This is flat with rubble and heaps of metal on the ground or in the air, which serve as obstacles.
METROID QUEEN'S LAIR
This is the final area of Metroid 2: Return of Samus. This is normal, and the queen will occasionally take a bite at you, causing an instant KO.
OUBLIETTE
Sorry, no good pics.
This is the place where you fight Gorea. But since he is a PC, this will just be a flat area, just like Battlefield.
Whew! I've typed a lot so far. But there's one section left: items.
ITEMS
Lastly, there have to be items in every smash game. It's really what makes it the game SMASH. Here they are. There aren't that many, though.
METROID
Of course. The very thing the game was named after. It will appear out of nowhere and attack the first person it sees, or is nearest to them. It is much like the Gooey Bomb: run into someone else to put it on them. After sucking away at least 30% of damage, it will disappear. It isn't very helpful at all, actually.
PHAZON
This horrid stuff will appear in a lump. It powers up anyone who is caught in it, and soon wears off.
OCTOLITH
This is one of the eight objects you must collect to gain access to Oubliette. They make you invincible for a short period of time.
SCREW ATTACK
Samus has one, so why can't anyone else? I really don't have to explain this. Throwable.
ATTENTION: NONE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE PICS

This is a charged version of a missle. It is powerful and deals heavy damage. 1 ammunition. Throwable
SPACE PIRATE DEVICE
This is the device that specially trined Pirate use to becom invisible. It turns you invisible. Yeah.
SUNBURST
This is an attack in Metroid Prime 2 that makes a huge explosion that sets everything on fire that is caught in it. 1 ammunition. Throwable.
DARKBURST
This powerful attack from Metroid Prime 2 creates a black hole and sucks everything in that is near it, including items and stage hazards, dealing an instant KO. 1 ammunition. Throwable
ECHOES VISOR
This is just like a gun, only it comes from the helmet you're wearing! Unless it's someone like Ridley, he carries it. It bounces opponents back and deals damage. 15 ammunition. Throwable.
IMPERIALIST
This is Traces gun. Look at his profile for discription. 3 ammunition. Throwable.
VOLT DRIVER
This is Kanden's gun. Look at his profile for description. 12 ammunition. Throwable.
MAGMAUL

BATTLEHAMMER
This is Weavel's gun. Look at his profile for description. 20 ammunition. Throwable.
JUDICATOR
This is Noxus's gun. Look at his profile for description. 12 ammunition. Throwable.
SHOCK COIL
This is Sylux's gun. Look at his profile for description. Does not heal. 20 ammunition. Throwable.
OMG I am finished. That took a while. Well, you can see why there can be a game about this. If you have anything to sayy about it, or want to add, say it. Discuss.
