Basically, if you are in your shield when yoshi is approaching in the air, you are going to get turned into an egg.

Don't get turned into an egg.

Also, if they ledge camp you with eggs, you mix up reflector and f/d smash when they mistime it. If you are feeling extra froggy, you go off stage and bair them. You'd rather have Yoshi on stage than off the stage if they have a lead so swapping stage positioning isn't that bad.
