Character: Vaporeon
Universe: Pokemon
Company: Game Freak
First Appearance: Pokemon Red and Blue

*Neutral Special: Bubble Beam* - Vaporeon fires a stream of bubbles forward. This can be charged to increase the power and range. The bubbles float forward for a short distance and are have multiple hits when charged fully.

*Side Special: Swift* - The bubble jet pokemon swings its tail and throws out a barrage of stars. This move has alot of cool down and start up, but hone in on enemies.

*Up Special: Acid Armor* - Based on a move from Super Smash Land. It releases water underneath it and creates a puddle. When used again, Vaporeon will this disappear and appear at the puddle. The puddle cannot be destroyed but disappears after 10 uses and leaves Vaporeon open.

*Down Special: Water Pulse* - Vaporeon creates a small orb of water then fires it. This has to be charged at least partially to work. The move acts like Rock Smash when it hits.

*Final Smash: Muddy Spout* - A semi-original move. When activated, Vaporeon will summon a puddle and jump in it, disappearing. After words, the puddle turns brown and a giant, muddy water spout (based on its pokedex entry saying how it can freely control water) appears from it. This sucks in anyone near it and traps them in the vortex for 10 seconds before exploding, launching everyone in it.

*Stage: Celodon Mansion*

Boxing ring alias: Body of Water Molecules

Bio: Its one of the many evolved forms of Eevee. Its cells are composed of units much like water molecules. It lives close to water and is often mistaken for a mermaid. It detects nearby moisture with its fin. When its fin begins trembling rapidly, that means rain will fall in a few hours.
