- This is an unpopular opinion, but it must be said.
- The Venue had a bouncer at the door. Wobbles could not get in until he was let in by Blur. The piano player was hired, and was not part of the smash community. It was established to be invite only 3 days prior to the event, those 3 days have been people traveling.
- The "higher" smash members of the smash community are trying to paint the community in the bad light, but in reality, it's the TOs and the grimey nature of the whole event that's dividing the community.
- AlphaZealot: You may own smashboard, but your ass is still in your head.
- GIMR: It's all about money.
- Wobbles: You are proof that even you, a high level smash player, wasn't allowed in until someone else let you in.
- Bouncer: We don't even know you, and you don't even know us.
- Red Bull: Bull
- HTC: Bull
- Announcement in May: Bull
- There was no dangerous situation. Please do not try to spin it that way. The "bouncer" could have just told people that the venue was full, and any more would pose a problem. Since it was invite only, guess who showed up?
- That's right, the people that showed up were people that didn't bring the hype.
- The people that searched for the venue, only to be turned away with a, "Where's your wristband?" were the people that wanted to be there, wanted to bring the hype, wanted to have fun.
- The issue wasn't a, "mistake [by] holding the Salty Suite when the community lacked the content to provide good matches." It was the mistake of selling out and barring the venue in an aggressive way.
