~The True Hero Tourney #2!

Welcome members of SWF to the true hero tourney#2! Lets see who will be our new true hero!!! This will be a 16 man tourney with a bit of a twist make sure you bring your best to the table to make this as competitve as possible! SIGN-UP FORMAT

~ Profile name/brawl name/friend code/character you will be using

TOURNEY RULES

~3 Stock, 8 Min
~No items
~Best 2 out of 3
~Double elimination
~Stalling is banned
~In case the timer runs out, the winner with the most stock wins. If both players have the same stock, the player with the less amount of % wins. If both players have the same %, do another match with 1 stock timer set to 3 mins.
~No CG's/Infinite CG's pass 150%
~Make sure you can make it BEFORE signing up!
~Make sure to PM your opponent once the brakets are up

~This is a 16 man tourney with only the use of 16 heroes [good guys ONLY!]. You can choose a character that has NOT already been chosen to play with out of the available characters.
