The Top Ten Videos of Each Character
Here are some of the best post-2012 high level brawl matches and sets! If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment. Generally, only high level serious sets are accepted, and wifi sets are never accepted. Because of the lack of high level videos for low tier characters, I can make exceptions to the rules.

People complained that the other one was unorganized and the person who made the thread was refusing to update and whatnot. There was demand for a new post with somebody that would update which is why i made a new one.

There should be some means to determine who is the better player if there is ever contention, for instance with Sonic and ZSS.

i agree but how would we justify that. I don't play Sonic enough to know which one is best.

Competition-wise, Sonic is obviously best because you don't have to hold a button to select him when the match starts.

I kind of want to un-nominate Lucky. Even though he is good, he is "no longer with us." (quit Brawl a few months back).

BB and 3000 still play Brawl though; so, I personally feel their videos are a bit more relevant.

I am very pissed off my thread was closed because it was LIKE I WANTED IT TO BE.. I understand if you open a new one, but to close mine?? I didn't even received a warning or something? ¬¬

Hey just fyi...there were some videos from the last thread not included in my post (the opening post format)..I had written "in addition to the above videos" in my post. These included Danny for Pit, Gimpy for Bowser..amongst others. Just so you know so that we don't miss n e thing. Also if you need n e help running the thread/looking through posts I'd be willing to help. I'm glad you started a new one...I was hoping Morpheus would have allowed me to coordinate something with him but w/e this works.

On a side note...I did not include all the vids of those nominated only one vid..and it was selected pretty much randomly. So it might be a good idea to check out the other vids of the players and either find something to do with them (post them, scrap them, w/e) or make sure you think the video selected is the best of the bunch.

I don't really think this thread should be for posting videos of the one single person who is the best at a given character. Rather, it should be a showcase of the best videos from the most skilled players with each character.

So there may be a few people considered to be the best Snake, for example, therefore you would post the best videos you could find from those people. In addition, however, if there were one or two really great videos from lesser known players, they could be nominated as well.

It's certainly possible for good players who aren't necessarily the best to have a truly outstanding performance worth putting in this post.

Back on topic, seeing as Mr. 3000 has been doing well in further tournaments with Sonic I'm gonna see if I can find more stuff of him and post it. I think that vid of him beating Sethlon is a bit lq anyways.

I do not claim to know how good NikoK really is, but that video of him, which is used in conjunction with his nomation for best Peach, is pretty bad.

He didn't do anything special in that video, like, at all and that Ike was bad. I mean, really bad. I'm just saying, if that's all NikoK's got, just no. He's not the best Brawl Peach.

Didn't see any nominated Zelda videos so I figured I'd post. DarkMusician is the only notable Zelda player I've heard of. I apologize if there are well-known players who are better with Zelda.

I appreciate your comment, because to be honset that isn't a great video at all. I didn't do anything special at all. Dekuu nominated me for best peach..I would never nominate myself for best peach. Though I am good, I doubt I'm the best, I have terrible in game observation.

Looking back, I see I made a mistake. The penultimate period wasn't supposed to be a period but a comma, as in "If this is all Niko_K's got, then he's not he best Brawl Peach".

As I started out saying, I make no judgment on your overall skills as Peach. I'm sure you're very good. This vid is just so mediocre it's ludicrous to use it to prove someone should be nominated for "Best Peach".

It's sometimes hard to gauge how good or bad a player is based on a movie of theirs because it's hard to gauge the skill of an opponent being trounced.

A good opponent and bad opponent look about the same when neither one has much of a chance to act. I've watched some of my replays of matches which I felt at the time I was doing very well against a highly skilled opponent, but the replay was just "meh" overall.

Honestly..I enjoyed Niko's matches against KingAce...mostly because KingAce reminded me of my biggest issues with Brawl (and I don't mind brawl at all really). There's no way that guy should have won...but it shows the character gaps definitely. *sigh*
