It all went well until I read Artorias and got the PTSD from Google Theory.
Besides that wouldn't mind anyone here. I got the DQ8 Hero, Ridley and K.Rool already so I'm fine with anyone.
Although if I managed to get Sakura Amamiya or Alex Kidd in Smash that would be swell.

Not sure I could really rate these, but I can give my opinions.
Crash - Very good pick. I think he’d be fun!
Geno - I know little about Gene, though I do think that he has potential.
Knight Artorias - I don’t know who this is.
Yar - I don’t know who this is.
Doom Slayer - A doom character would be fitting, given how influential the series was for first person shooters. I’d like to see him get in.
Rillaboom - I think he’s fine.
Freddy - I think a version of him from a satire spin-off feels out of place in Smash, though I get to watch the internet explode either way, so...
Waluigi - Geez I would love this.
Goku - Not a fan of an anime character getting in Smash honestly. Kinda defeats the purpose of Smash being a video game crossover.

You had me at Doom Slayer. But I think that would be a pretty good FP2, although Yar is probably one of the most "out there" picks I've ever heard lol. Crash would be neat, Geno would be good for the fans although I don't much care for him, and I think Artorias is a cooler pick for Dark Souls even though I've never played any of them.
The post-pass I could leave behind though...

Been meaning to ask you but what do you think of Paper Mario: The Origami King from what we've seen so far?
It’s obviously not the TTYD follow-up I’d like it to be, but it’s clearly taking steps towards the classic Paper Mario formula we all miss. Small steps, but steps nonetheless. The plot seems eerie and more serious, but still silly, like a good Mario game plot should. If they make battles worthwhile and make me laugh with funny dialogue, I bet it’ll be a great time. Can’t wait to try it out.

Eh. Freddy’s there just because of my “Scott and Sakurai went out drinking and decided to mess with everyone” headcannon. Although I do think Scott would find it more enjoyable then just straight including normal Freddy.
And yet they’re pretty much the only Atari character that would work for Smash. And I think the granddaddy-dom of all gaming deserves at least something in SmashYou had me at Doom Slayer.
