Had an idea for a water starter that I'm really proud of

A timid water slug that evolves into an introverted teen snail that uses scavenged junk from underwater as a shell that evolves into a confident harpoon snail that found a full suit of armor underwater that's unfortunately imbued by the spirit of the original wearer, so the two have to work together. The spirit is mostly the one in control and it launches the slug out of its "harpoon". It's Water/Ghost type.

Yes I was inspired by Subjectively's Grass starter but in my defense, that design is sick

It's a little high concept, but that's not a bad thing!

I remember as a kid I made a slug starter called Escargommando. It used sea shells as guns, and was basically a parody of American military tropes.

Momoa is a weird pick for Shadow, but then again Ilba was a weird pick for Knuckles and that turned out great.

I'd like to do something with Marvel or Pokemon - but I would do about anything to work on something Steven Universe. I have so many ideas for things to do in that world. It's in the perfect sweetspot where I love it but it has massive problems - problems I hope I could fix.

I'd also like to do something with Undertale/Deltarune, but that would be difficult because those games are so incredibly video gamey that taking them out of that content borders on impossible.
