Sonic fans on their way to get blown the **** out by some soulless slop for the bazillionth time (they still haven't learned to be humble and know their place)Look I love Sonic and can’t stand the live action Lion King, but let’s not kid ourselves. Mufasa’s making bank, and it’ll make more than Sonic 3.
Don’t get me wrong, I think Sonic 3 will do very well for itself. But I’m seeing a lot of fans talk about how it’s gonna blow Mufasa outta the water and I’m sorry but that’s just not happening.
The Lion King remake made a billion dollars, you guys. A billion.
i still want them to make a third animated Lion king based on MacBethI'll be watching Mufasa anyway since I'm at least curious about their take on Mufasa and Scar's/Taka's backstories.
That, and because Kiara's one of the characters in the film. She's one of my favorite characters in the series and it makes make glad that she's become a mainstay of the franchise outside of the sequel she debuted in, as aside from the other characters who debuted in the same film, and technically Sparky, Reuben and Hamsterviel (I think) from the prequel movie to Lilo and Stitch: The Series, very few Disney direct-to-video sequel characters ever appear in the franchise again after their movies of origin.
Is it partly because most of these direct-to-video sequels are bad or significantly flawed? Yes. But the Lion King II is one of the legitimately good ones, so I guess that helps.

Lion King was spared by the sequel curse. Even 1 1/2 is based.I'll be watching Mufasa anyway since I'm at least curious about their take on Mufasa and Scar's/Taka's backstories.

High key, i know My Lullaby almost by heart, i love that songI'll be watching Mufasa anyway since I'm at least curious about their take on Mufasa and Scar's/Taka's backstories.

Eh, I can see where they were going with that version of Scar's backstory, but I felt the execution of it was kinda weak. We get a little context on Scar's early ambitions, then BAM, snake bite nets him a scar over his eye.If I don't see this integrated into young Scar's backstory, then I'll be upset. /lh
This. The humor and character writing in 1 1/2 is top natch.Lion King was spared by the sequel curse. Even 1 1/2 is based.
The Magic Conchshell: "Maybe someday."Gonna go see the Wicked movie. Never consumed anything related to this musical in my life. Wish me luck.

Unironically one of the best Disney villain songs ever.High key, i know My Lullaby almost by heart, i love that song
Yes, yes it did.…did MHA just make a true ending as a dlc via a volume that dropped months after the ending we originally got?
My guess is that Gangle either used to work at a fast food restaurant, as a manager somewhere, or that her comedy mask can make her much more controlling than she is otherwise.Oh boy
The implications in regards to Gangle in the next episode are interesting.
Also the ****ing Gloink Queen is back lol.
What does that mean?Yes, yes it did.
It’s also getting the Fisher Price treatment.
This reads like those posts that come up with characters like Scrimblo Bimblo or Glup ****to.Oh boy

Fisher Price is releasing sets for the series. What does that mean?
Tbf that is half the premise of the showThis reads like those posts that come up with characters like Scrimblo Bimblo or Glup ****to.
Did they change the ending for the volume release? I know that some series improve the art for the volume release if the magazine version wound up being rougher than expected (Hunter x Hunter comes to mind), though I can't think of too many cases where major plot points changed.…did MHA just make a true ending as a dlc via a volume that dropped months after the ending we originally got?
