Why don't you see vids of a GOOD Bowser playing? Bowser wrecks Ness. He has a *decent* matchup on MK (still disadvantaged though) Bowser has more tools than Ness e.c.t. He can CG the whole cast e.c.t

lol its so true, bowser puts so much **** on ness, bowsers Fair even beats out Ness's Fair which is pretty amazing considering he's about the only one w/out a sword that can do that, and not to mention bowser has just about any options he wants on a grab release on ness, he can regrab, Ftilt, Dtilt, Jab, or even bowserbomb. ness just really doesn't have the tools to deal with him.

It's odd... but I figure that it's more an issue of their players being more offensive (you'll notice the tier list seems weighed towards offensive characters).

Yes pikachu. he is a hard char to play but can do really well at high levels of play.

This tier list is horrible and many characters are out of place in it anyway.
As for Pikachu, you are dead wrong about Pikachu. Pikachus who spam those moves are not very good and are beaten quite easily. Look at the SBR's thread about the characters. They state that Pikachu's learning curve is quite high. You know nothing about the technical aspects of Pikachu and your goofy tier list could use some major work so GTFO.
