The proper DI for a move that sends you straight up, I believe, is straight left/right. Make sure you're using Fair to momentum cancel and make sure you're fast falling.

DI horizontally behind Snake and C-sticking a Dair.

Dair with C-stick is a lot easier than FF Fair with the same result.

Just the first match:

00:10 That shieldbreaker would never have done anything useful whatsoever. Finish the Dancing Blade or use some other followup.
00:13 Whiffed f-smash, is NEVER the answer at such percentages.
00:17 Uair?
00:24 Pummel there, at least once (oooh I'm mean)
00:32 Punish the Green Missile with something that is capable of hitting.
1:06 Bair DI? Come on...
1:40 Fair to Usmash? No.
2:51 Don't try that on a Luigi player. Not in thát situation at least...
2:57 He would never, ever, walk into that usmash.
3:20 People don't walk into fully charged shield breakers, he didn't punish accordingly.
3:47 Useless shieldbreaker even if it DID hit...

Lol at ending.

Overall: better spacing, better decisionmaking overall, that pretty much sums Marth up so please forgive me for being extremely vague. Pummel moar, it's useful.

im sure you all know panda as he is a very good snake

this is my first time finally running into a good snake in a tourney, so if anyone has pros and cons of what i did (of course there are mistakes) and tips plz help me out.

in the second match at 3:48 it syncs perfectly with the music lol and yes it was a gimmick kill

Just a few notes cause I'm tired
1) You roll... a lot, do it less. Marth's rolls are very, meh. Shield and just walking/dashing away are great defensive options

2) Waaayyy too much Dolphin Slash. You got baited a good bit for it and punished hard a few times.

3) Quit charging shield breaker... it does next to nothing.

4) You're movement is kinda slow, you need to fast fall your stuff a lot more

5) Try to work in jabs, pivot grabs, and most importantly, dtilt into your game

Not bad zilla, you have decent control you just need some more experience.

You should work more on attacking and not just jumping backwards. Notice how when you were camping Peach she would often find ways in but when you were aggro'ng she couldn't do anything? Do that.
